TERMS & CONDITIONS.
1. OVERVIEW
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for booking, using and participating in activities, events and memberships at Enzo Golf in Guildford (“Enzo Golf,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a booking, attending our venue or taking part in any promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. OUR SERVICES
Enzo Golf provides:
- Indoor golf simulator bays powered by TrackMan iO technology
- TrackMan Academy coaching and professional PGA golf lessons
- Private and corporate events, seasonal packages, and studio takeovers
- Sports bar hospitality with draught beers, craft drinks, and food service
We reserve the right to update our services, equipment, events or promotional offers at any time.
3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
3.1 Making a Booking
Bookings can be made online, by phone or in person at the venue. All bookings are subject to simulator bay availability. A booking is considered provisional until confirmed by our system or confirmed in writing following deposit receipt.
3.2 Deposits & Balances
- Private events and studio takeovers require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking confirmation.
- The remaining balance is due strictly 10 working days before the scheduled event date.
- Bookings made within 20 working days of the event must be paid in full upfront.
3.3 Additional Charges & Damage
Any additional food, drinks, extra simulator time, or rental equipment incurred during your session will be settled on departure or invoiced separately payable within 5 working days. The booking organiser is responsible for their guests; damage to Enzo Golf property or TrackMan hardware caused by negligence may be charged to the organiser (excluding standard wear to balls and tees).
4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you cancel all or part of an event booking, the following cancellation charges apply to the total booked services (bay hire, coaching, pre-ordered catering):
Individual simulator bay practice sessions require at least 6 hours advance cancellation notice to reschedule or receive account credit.
5. MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and subject to venue rules. Members receive 15% discount on food & drinks and early bird booking access. 6-month contract memberships can be cancelled with 14 days written notice prior to the end of the term.
6. VENUE RULES & CONDUCT
- Guests must conduct themselves responsibly and respect staff and other guests at all times.
- Only food and beverage purchased on the premises may be consumed inside Enzo Golf.
- Clean footwear is required in simulator hitting bays (golf shoes with soft spikes or trainers permitted; metal spikes strictly prohibited).
- Players must stay behind the safety demarcations when another person is addressing or swinging a club.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
Enzo Golf may capture photos or video footage during public sessions or social tournaments for promotional and social media use. Signage will be displayed when filming is in progress. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform a team member.
8. LIABILITY
Participation in simulator golf is undertaken at the customer's own risk. Enzo Golf is not liable for loss or damage to personal equipment or property unless caused by our negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
9. PRIVACY & UK GDPR
We handle personal contact information (names, emails, telephone numbers) strictly in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws. We never sell or transfer your details to third parties. Customer data is used solely to manage bookings, track memberships, and dispatch requested event confirmations. 10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
