1. What is an Off-Peak Membership?
Every day before 5:00pm, excludes weekends. Off-Peak members may only book sessions within these permitted hours.
2. Do unused sessions roll over?
Monthly sessions do not carry over into the following month. Each membership allowance resets on your monthly renewal date. Unused sessions have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3. Can I cancel my membership?
Cancellation terms depend on your membership type:

6-Month Memberships require completion of the full six-month term.

After the initial term, membership continues monthly and can be cancelled with 14 days’ notice.

Flex can be cancelled any time with 14 days notice

4.What happens if I miss a booking?
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before your session. Late cancellations or no-shows will count as used sessions.
​5. When is my membership activated?
After completing your GoCardless Direct Debit mandate, activation is typically instant but may take up to 1–2 hours. You will receive confirmation once your account is ready for booking.
