We never sell, rent, or trade your personal details with third-party advertisers. All online card transactions are processed securely via Stripe with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance; Enzo Golf never stores your raw card credentials.

We only collect information necessary to provide our simulator bays, golf coaching, memberships, and hospitality services:
- Identity & Contact Information: Full name, email address, contact telephone number, and company name (for corporate event reservations).
- Booking & Reservation Details: Preferred booking date, session timeslot, simulator bay assignment, coach preferences, package selections, and generated reference numbers (
ENZO-BAY-XXXXX,ENZO-LSN-XXXXX). - Payment & Billing Data: Payment transaction references, amounts paid, VAT receipts, and method of payment. All card transactions are processed directly by Stripe Payments UK/Europe Ltd. We never store or process raw 16-digit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
- TrackMan Performance & Telemetry Data: Clubhead speed, ball speed, launch angle, spin rates, dispersion stats, and handicap information generated during your sessions when logged into TrackMan simulator bays.
- Venue Security CCTV Footage: Closed-circuit television cameras operate 24/7 throughout public areas at 11 Woodbridge Meadows for customer safety, loss prevention, and venue security.
- Technical & Session Data: IP addresses, browser versions, device identifiers, and essential session cookies required for portal authentication and booking lookups.
3. LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (UK GDPR ARTICLE 6)
We process your data under the following legal bases:
Contractual Necessity
Required to fulfill simulator bay bookings, schedule PGA coaching appointments, issue confirmation receipts, and manage membership access.
Legitimate Interests
To safeguard our guests and venue via CCTV, defend against fraudulent bookings and chargebacks, and maintain system stability.
Legal & Tax Obligations
To comply with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) statutory record-keeping and VAT accounting requirements for 6 years.
Consent
Where you explicitly opt in to receive seasonal promotional newsletters, tournament invites, or member updates. You may opt out at any time.
4. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS
We work with reputable third-party infrastructure providers to operate our booking platform securely. All partners are contractually required to satisfy strict data security benchmarks:
- Stripe: Payment processing and secure card tokenization (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
- Supabase: Encrypted PostgreSQL database hosting for booking persistence.
- Google Workspace: Automated Google Calendar scheduling and bay synchronization.
- Resend: Secure automated email confirmation dispatch.
- Vercel: Edge serverless hosting and Content Delivery Network.
5. DATA RETENTION
We do not hold personal data longer than necessary for the purpose it was gathered:
- Financial & VAT records: Retained for 6 statutory years under UK accounting laws.
- CCTV Security Footage: Automatically overwritten after 30 days unless subject to a police inquiry.
- Guest Enquiries & Non-paying Leads: Deleted after 12 months if no booking is executed.
- Marketing Subscriptions: Maintained until you click “unsubscribe” or withdraw consent.

We use cookies to maintain your booking session, store staff portal authentication, and ensure responsive page loading.
