Cancellation Policy

Enzo Golf – Membership Policy (Summary) Silver Membership: 8 simulator sessions per month (1 per day max). Each session is 1 hour and must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Members may bring guests to play (guest fees apply). Unused sessions do not carry over. Gold Membership: 16 simulator sessions per month (2 per day max). Each session is 1 hour and must be booked 12 hours in advance. Members may bring guests to play (no limit, subject to bay availability and guest fees). Gold Members receive 15% off drinks and 10% off food and lessons. Unused sessions do not roll over. Rolling Memberships: All memberships renew monthly and are non-transferable. Members may cancel at any time with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date. Late notice results in one additional renewal. Refunds are only considered for verified injury or relocation (50+ miles). Bookings: Sessions must be booked online or at reception 12 hours in advance. Cancellations require 6 hours’ notice to avoid losing the session. Late cancellations or no-shows count as used sessions. Members must check in upon arrival and finish promptly at the end of their slot. Guests: Guests must sign in, follow Studio rules, and remain under the supervision of the host member. Guest fees apply, and bookings are subject to bay availability. Conduct & Safety: Members must treat staff and others with respect. Unsafe behaviour, intoxication, or misuse of equipment will result in suspension or termination of membership. Clean, non-spiked footwear is required. Only Enzo Golf-approved coaches may provide lessons on site. Liability: Use of the facilities is at the member’s own risk. Enzo Golf is not responsible for loss, theft, or injury except in cases of proven negligence. Members are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. Data & Updates: Personal data is managed under GDPR and used only for membership administration. Enzo Golf may update these Terms with 14 days’ notice. Continued use confirms acceptance.
