ENZO GOLF – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for booking, using and participating in activities, events and memberships at Enzo Golf in Guildford (“Enzo Golf,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a booking, attending our venue or taking part in any promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Our Services

Enzo Golf provides:

  • Indoor golf simulator bays and Trackman Academy coaching

  • Golf lessons and corporate sessions

  • Private and corporate events, seasonal packages (including Christmas and summer)

  • Food and drink service within the venue
     

We may update our services, events or promotions at any time.

3. Bookings & Payments

3.1 Making a Booking

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A booking is considered provisional until we receive the required deposit and confirm in writing.

3.2 Deposits & Balances

  • Events and private hire require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 10 working days before the event date.

  • Bookings made within 20 working days of the event must be paid in full upfront.

3.3 Additional Charges

  • Any additional items (food, drink, extra time or equipment) not in the original booking will be invoiced separately and payable within 5 working days of invoice.

  • Any queries about invoices must be raised within 5 working days of receipt.

3.4 Responsibility for Guests

  • The booking organiser is responsible for informing their guests of these Terms.

  • Damage to Enzo Golf property caused by guests may be charged to the organiser, excluding normal wear to balls and tees.
     

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Charges
If you cancel all or part of an event, the following charges apply to the total booked services (bay hire, coaching, pre-booked food & drink):

  • More than 120 working days before the event: No charge

  • 120–61 working days: 50% of total

  • 60–31 working days: 80% of total

  • 31 working days or less: 100% of total

4.2 How to Cancel
Cancellations must be sent in writing and take effect on the date received.

4.3 Changes by Enzo Golf
We may cancel or amend a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will offer an alternative date or credit where possible.

4.4 Public Health or Government Restrictions
If a booking cannot go ahead due to public health or government restrictions, payments already made may be applied as credit to a future event within 12 months.
 

5. Memberships

5.1 Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
5.2 Members must follow staff instructions and venue rules at all times.
5.3 Benefits and promotions may change with reasonable notice.
5.4 Free trials or promotional memberships may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
 

6. Promotions, Competitions & Offers

6.1 Competitions and promotional offers are subject to specific rules published at the time of launch.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated:

  • Open to UK residents aged 18+

  • No cash alternatives

  • Winners may be asked to take part in publicity
    6.3 We reserve the right to change or withdraw promotions at any time.
     

7. Venue Rules

7.1 Guests must behave responsibly and respect staff and other customers. We may refuse entry or remove anyone acting inappropriately without refund.
7.2 Only food and drink purchased at Enzo Golf may be consumed on the premises unless otherwise agreed.
7.3 Please notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.
7.4 Certain activities may require a waiver to be signed. By participating, you accept the inherent risks involved in golf activities.
 

8. Photography & Filming

8.1 By entering the venue you consent to being photographed or filmed by Enzo Golf or authorised third parties for promotional purposes.
8.2 Signs will be displayed when filming is taking place.
8.3 If you wish not to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of staff.
 

9. Liability

9.1 Participation in golf activities is at your own risk.
9.2 We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property except where caused by our negligence.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
 

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes, accidents, fire, equipment failure or government restrictions).
 

11. Severance

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard in the English courts.
 

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
13.2 By booking or signing up to our marketing, you consent to our use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
