Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements All simulator sessions must be booked in advance via our website, mobile app, or by phone. A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. You must be 18 or older to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session to avoid any fees. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booking fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking fee. To cancel or reschedule, please use the same platform you booked on, or contact us directly by phone or email. 3. Arrival Time Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals will reduce your play time but will not result in a discounted rate. 4. Session Duration Your simulator time begins and ends as scheduled. Please respect the time slot to avoid delays for other guests. Extension of playtime is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 5. Group Bookings & Events For group bookings or private events, special terms and deposits may apply. Contact us directly to arrange large parties or corporate events. 6. Equipment & Attire You are welcome to bring your own clubs. Clean golf shoes or athletic footwear are required—no cleats or dirty shoes. We provide rental clubs upon request (fees may apply). 7. Code of Conduct Respectful behavior toward staff, other customers, and equipment is required at all times. Any damage to the simulator or property due to misuse will be the responsibility of the booking party. 8. Weather Policy As an indoor facility, we remain open during inclement weather. Standard cancellation policies still apply. 9. Refunds Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
